Made in UK Day 2022

We're incredibly proud to be a part of Made in UK Day 2022 - not only producing our own range of British Made home and lifestyle products but also working with numerous other independent brands across the United Kingdom who share our passion for "British Made" too.

The membership organisation, Make it British, surveyed 1282 UK consumers and 280 businesses that manufacture in the UK, to assess the current demand for British-made products. The survey found that 69% of consumers say that they are more likely to buy products that are made in the UK now than before Brexit and the pandemic, and that they are willing to pay up to 20% more for UK-made goods. The survey also found that 79% of shoppers prefer to buy UK-made products in-store from an independent shop or small business, rather than from big corporations or large online retailers.

Our wildlife collection of British made cushions, tea towels, wash bags and tableware is all made for us by British manufacturers - and we also stock incredibly luxurious blankets and throws by Abraham Moon, artisan candles from Scotland, and organic beauty products made here in the UK too.

With our very first shop opening next month we will continue to expand the number of British brands we work with, and ensure we can all continue to preserve UK manufacturing, boost local economies and increase employment opportunities.
