1.1 By joining the Seddon and Davison Loyalty Scheme (Loyalty Scheme’), operated by Seddon and Davison Limited ("Seddon and Davison"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs").
1.2 Seddon and Davison reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, or alter the Loyalty Scheme, including these T&Cs, at any time without prior notice.
1.3 The Loyalty Scheme points, referred to as "Points," have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
1.4 Customers must join the Loyalty Scheme to earn Points (“Loyalty Scheme Customer”) and such Points can only be redeemed by the Loyalty Scheme Customer on the Seddon and Davison website or in a Seddon and Davison store.
1.5 Seddon and Davison currently only delivers within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time, and any orders placed for delivery outside the UK cannot be fulfilled.

2.2 Points can only be added at the time of the activity and cannot be added retrospectively.
2.3 Points can only be earned on qualifying products and are not applicable to chargeable services such as delivery, installations, or any other non-qualifying purchases.
2.4 Any credits due on your account may be deducted from your points balance. This adjustment can take up to two weeks to be reflected in your account.
2.5 Seddon and Davison reserves the right, at the point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes misuse of the Loyalty Scheme.
2.6 Seddon and Davison reserves the right to take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending customer Points accrued, if it has reason to believe the scheme is being abused.
3.1 Points can be redeemed for vouchers according to the following breakdown:

3.2 The minimum redemption value is £5.00.
3.3 Points can only be redeemed against qualifying products available on the Seddon and Davison website or in a Seddon and Davison store.
4.1 Customers may only hold one Loyalty Scheme account.
4.2 If Seddon and Davison identifies that a customer holds two or more Loyalty Scheme accounts, these accounts cannot be merged.
4.3 Seddon and Davison reserves the right to remove customer Points that have been accrued if the customer has defaulted on payments or if the account has been closed.
5.1 Points expire 24 months from the date of the last activity in your account. To extend the expiration period, customers need to engage in points-earning or redeeming activities. After the expiry date, points will automatically be reset to zero.
5.2 Rewards, once claimed as a voucher, expire after 365 days.
6.1 Customers may request access to their personal information held by Seddon and Davison.

7.1 By joining the Loyalty Scheme, you will be subscribed to our e-newsletter, 'Inside Seddon and Davison.' You will receive regular updates, promotions, and exclusive offers via email. You can unsubscribe from the e-newsletter at any time.
8.1 You can unsubscribe from the Loyalty Scheme at any time whereupon all accrued Points will expire.
9.1 These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
9.2 Any disputes arising from these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
