I received four cups that were ordered and when they arrived they looked fantastic. However, unfortunately one of them was broken on arrival. I contacted customer service to make them aware of the issue and they responded very promptly, apologised profusely and rectified the issue expediently. I received a well packaged replacement within 48 hours!! I am very pleased, not only with the item itself, but also the excellent customer service overall.

I ordered my candle holder one day and it was delivered the next and it was packaged really well. I was impressed. My candle holder is really lovely and just what I have been looking for.
